Cancellation Policy

Birthday Shoutouts are for Current Pace High Band Students ONLY. Birthday shoutouts must be scheduled and paid in full at least 24 hours prior to your desired start date to guarantee display. Book the first day you want your message to run and the following day will automatically be added to your booking date. All reservations are final. No refunds. NOTE: Important Band Messages take priority over all sign shoutouts. The Band Boosters work hard to blockout those dates, but the Pace Band Boosters, INC. Reserves the rights to establish last minute priority messages for the Hwy 90 Sign. In the event a band message takes priority over a previously paid message, the boosters will work with the customer to select a new date range to display the paid message.
