July Band Director Updates

Hello Band Parents!


We hope you’ve all had a wonderful summer break.  We are looking forward to seeing all of you return this coming week!  Before we come back, we wanted to share a few updates with you all:


1-  The band hall has sustained damages, and currently we cannot enter the band hall or use the equipment inside it.  Our administration and the county/school board is aware and a professional company will be evaluating the affected areas this coming week.  We will be able to provide more information from the county/school board after that point.  We thank you in advance for your patience.


2-  Brass & Woodwinds members/families:  For this week’s Tuesday & Thursday 6-9p rehearsal, please report to the rehearsal parking lot beside the math building.  This is the same parking lot students marched on during JAMP (next to the baseball field).  Do not enter the band hall for any reason.  If it is raining, please report to the Media Center.


3-  Color Guard members/families:  Please refer to the updates sent out by Ms. Rebecca Belveal for more info on this week’s Color Guard Camp.  If you did not get these, please contact her for assistance.


4-  Percussion members/families:  Please refer to the updates sent out by Mr. Garrett Lambert for more info on this week’s Percussion Camp.  If you did not get these, please contact him for assistance.


5-  Updated information on the optional Fall Trip to visit and perform in Disney World will be distributed in the upcoming weeks!

Director's Half Day Camp Reminder

This week begins our two most important weeks of the summer/fall season, with tomorrow starting our Half Day Camp!  Our members will learn a lot this week, setting themselves up for Full Day Camp next
