Our band program uses CHARMS to manage student contact information, inventory, music, calendar, and band finances. Parents can check on recently deposited payments and charges to their individual child's band account at their convenience. Please email the band directors if you need your child's password reset. After your password has been reset, you will be prompted to create your own password immediately after logging in. Keep this password in a safe place.
Also remember that in addition to managing student finances and the band calendar, we utilize CHARMS to post copies of music (percussion and winds), scale sheets, fingering charts, itineraries, Tri-M documents, and more. All documents posted can be downloaded and printed at home.
One of the most important features of CHARMS is our detailed online Pace Band calendar. ALL band events are listed on the calendar, many of which months in advance.
All students, parents, and friends are encouraged to frequently check the Pace Band calendar, since we are constantly updating and adding new band events throughout the year.
